Our Founder, Dr. Andréa S. Wilson, is a Solutionist who is widely known and respected for her keen insight and ability to properly assess program, organizational or institutional needs while also developing and designing innovative strategies, solutions, tools, experiences and programs and that are both exemplary and impactful .

Hindsight 2020
Visionary behind this transformational virtual seminar where they peeled back the lens of the COVID-19 pandemic and civil/social unrest faced in 2020, while exploring the multifaceted challenges and barriers encountered. Discussions included the impact of these economic and social disparities on black and brown communities including issues such as unemployment and underemployment, debt-accumulation, homeownership, economic well-being, and wealth creation as well as how to pivot and chart the course forward toward personal fulfillment, economic mobility and financial success.

Next Level Experience
Visionary behind the transformative day-long experience that provided youth and young adults (aged 16-24 years of age) in Prince William County with an informative, inspirational and empowering experience that assisted them in preparing for the next level in their personal, academic and professional journeys.

Community Partner Roundtable
Visionary behind the Community Partner Roundtable which was launched to better garner resources for opportunity youth and young adults within Prince William County and the surrounding areas through strategic partnerships, resource exchanges and engagement opportunities with key agencies and organizations that serve this population and their families.
